At AgilePoint, we envisioned and designed a composable process architecture in 2003 for creating codeless and hyper-adaptive end-to-end process orchestrations with supporting operationalizing AI in mind when one day AI succeeds.

Our composable architecture was designed and powered by:

  1. A metadata abstraction and a model-driven framework, free of code generation, compilation, and the need for virtual machines.
  2. Enabling codeless cross-platform composability across 100+ popular systems of records and platforms to create future-proof business orchestrations, i.e. system of engagements unique to your organization and industry.

We have been relentlessly refining our vision through working with global enterprise customers since 2007. This also led us to develop a layered adaptive governance framework that has been tried and true since 2007.

While organizations already spend 80% of their time resolving 20% of exceptions today. The challenge is bound to get worse. In the Age of AI, there will be more exceptions and more of them will be probabilistic, i.e. non-predictable or non-deterministic.

To cope with the most dynamic business orchestrations AI could throw at us, those who can safely and securely operationalize AI through hyper-adaptive process orchestrations to dynamically adapt to unpredictable probabilistic exceptions will have an advantage in winning the AI race starting with the differentiated ability to deliver dynamically optimized and mass-individualized customer or SaaS experiences.
