The company needed more transparency concerning its automation processes, which significantly hampered its ability to pinpoint compliance issues. Business users found it challenging to comprehend, much less modify, these automated procedures, resulting in frequent regulatory non-compliance. Accommodating the conglomerate’s phased migration plan called for multiple licenses for the different versions of their on-premise and cloud platforms, thereby inflating costs considerably.
