Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Duties:

  • Participate in technical design, analysis, implementation and testing of software product using a variety of technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Microsoft .NET Core, and Node.js.
  • Responsible for software product scope, requirements gathering, architecture, development and delivery of various Low-Code Business Process Management (BPM) software development solutions.
  • Design, implement and maintain the product database using various database management software including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Amazon Dynamo DB.
  • Design, implement and manage product development and deployment pipelines (DEVOPS) using Gitlab, TFS, Azure DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) layer for authentication and authorization of users using AgilePoint NX Low-Code BPM Platform using OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SAML protocols.
  • Provide AgilePoint NX Low-Code BPM Platform training to domestic and international partners and new internal development team members. Present AgilePoint products at webinars.
  • Documentation of specification and performance requirements for integration pattern between external systems and AgilePoint NX Low-Code BPM Platform.
  • Work with clients, partners, and internal team members on software product development, project status, design proposals and resolving technical issues.
  • Coordinate with client’s IT department to plan the installation of AgilePoint NX Low-Code BPM Platform and  recommend best practices for installation of AgilePoint NX Low-Code BPM Platform and systems in client environments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Science & Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Module Lead, Technical Lead, Product Lead, Senior Development Specialist, Associate Software Architect, Principal Software Engineer, or a related occupation required.

The required work experience must include 5 years of experience with the following:

  • C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, and GraphQL;
  • Microsoft SQL Server;
  • TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js;
  • Docker; and
  • Development of Low-Code Business Process Management (BPM) Platform.
