Go directly to helpdesk.agilepoint.com to create your password.
Will my Support credentials work for the new User Forum?
Your new AgilePoint Support credentials will also allow you to post in AgilePoint’s new User Forum.
Will I have to resubmit my open tickets?
No. All open tickets will still be available in the old support system (http://support.agilepoint.com/SupportPortal/Common/Index.aspx).
Can I open new support tickets in the old system?
No. All new tickets will be opened in the new Zendesk support system. Tickets created in the older system will still be available in the older system until they are closed.
Why did AgilePoint move to a new support system?
The new Zendesk system will allow us to better support you by providing state-of-the-art ticket tracking and more product tutorials. It will also allow us to stage a new User Forum.
Will I be able to access the new support system in the same way I accessed the old support system?
Yes. The Support link on agilepoint.com will take you to the new support portal. However, you will find a link there to access the old support portal.
I don’t have a current support contract. How do I sign up to get AgilePoint Support?

Will posting in the User Forum count as a Support ticket?
Posting in the User community allows everyone to share knowledge about AgilePoint NX. Posting in the User Forum is not considered a Support ticket.
